The ZoomSwitch Trainer serves as a user-friendly training adapter/switch compatible with both wireless and corded headsets. Designed to facilitate effortless monitoring of employee calls, this device provides managers and supervisors with a straightforward means to listen in on conversations.

When paired with one or two wireless office headsets, the ZoomSwitch Trainer enables employees and employers to engage in training sessions while a second person monitors, all without compromising mobility.

Set up the ZoomSwitch Trainer with ease. Simply connect the wireless or corded headset to the adapter for standard one-on-one conversations. Should a second headset be required, easily mute one or both microphones with a simple button press.

This versatile training tool supports various configurations, accommodating two connected wireless headsets, one wireless and one corded headset, or two corded headsets. Experience the convenience of the ZoomSwitch Trainer for a seamless and efficient training environment.

This product comes with a standard (1) year warranty from purchase date.

Warranty returns are handled by SpectrumVoIP. Please contact us to begin the Warranty Claim process by calling 469-429-2500.

Shipping & Returns

Exchanges and Returns

We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.

To be eligible for an exchange or return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unused, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase from the SpectrumVoIP store. Please note: any phones or equipment currently under contract cannot be returned for a refund.

New, Unused Products

To start a return (for new, unused merchandise), you can contact us at store@spectrumvoip.com.

Exceptions / non-returnable items

Certain types of items cannot be returned, such as refurbished items (unless damaged or non-functional). SpectrumVoIP reserves the right to deny any requests for refund on items it deems non-returable. In addition, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.

Exchanges

The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item on our website.

Refunds

We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
