Exchanges and Returns
We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.
To be eligible for an exchange or return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unused, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase from the SpectrumVoIP store. Please note: any phones or equipment currently under contract cannot be returned for a refund.
New, Unused Products

We will not pay for return shipping or provide you a return label. You can always contact us for any return questions at firstname.lastname@example.org.
Damaged or Defective Products
Our products come with a standard (1) year warranty from purchase date.
Warranty returns are handled by SpectrumVoIP. Please contact us to begin the Warranty Claim process by calling 469-429-2500.
Technical Support is provided to our SpectrumVoIP VoIP service customers only. Tech Support can be reached by dialing HELP (4357) or 469-429-2500 on your VoIP phone.
For non-VoIP service customers, please use the Resources located at the bottom of each page.
Exceptions / non-returnable items
Certain types of items cannot be returned, such as refurbished items (unless damaged or non-functional). SpectrumVoIP reserves the right to deny any requests for refund on items it deems non-returable. In addition, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item on our website.
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
